“All Are Welcome, No Exceptions!”
Christ Lutheran of Fairbanks is a congregation of the ELCA and recognizes God made each and everyone of us as individuals with our own unique gifts and talents. We each have our own experiences of life and who we are. Each Sunday we gather with one understanding, that we are God’s Children, brought together by the love of Jesus Christ to bring about the Kingdom of God. Each Sunday we acknowledge our own brokenness and need for Christ’s forgiveness. When we come to the table each week we come to receive Christ’s forgiveness, Christ’s love and Christ’s hope.
Christ Lutheran is a place where all people are welcomed to be a part of what God is up to in the world regardless of your background. We are a congregation who genuinely wrestles with what it means to be God’s people which does not mean we all agree with one way of being, but we are respectful and continue to love each other as brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ.
You are invited to come and be a part of this community whether for a Sunday or for a lifetime.
